I've had an email about some general errors in the book from Chuck Helms. He notes that in the letter example I talk about the salutation at the end of the letter when I mean valediction. That's an obvious error and one that I'm surprised got through the technical reviewing and copy-editing processes. Chuck also notes that at some point in the book I call the AT symbol, @, ampersand. Frankly that's amazing -- and more than a little embarrassing.
